The Sylvia K. Blattner Award was established upon the death of Mrs. Blattner by her husband, Curtis E. Blattner in 1962 and has been awarded since that time. Students are selected who have a desire and ability to achieve a college degree, show good citizenship, and possess leadership skills. The Fulton Public Schools Foundation is please to serve as a manger of these funds.
