Robert (Bob) Hogan passed away on March 19, 2016. Mr. Hogan moved to Fulton in 1986, where he was principal at Center School, McIntire School and for one year Fulton High School before retiring in 2008. Bob wrote several grants and instituted after-school tutoring programs at McIntire School. He was committed to creating opportunities for young people to reach their greatest potential. In 1999 Bob was named Missouri’s National Distinguished Principal.
Upon his death, memorial gifts were given in his memory to the Fulton Public Schools Foundation to purchase one base drum and carrier for the Fulton High School band. His family chose to have the remainder of these funds to be donated to the Garner Music Fund for Scholarships.
